Q. How long does shipping take?

Typically, shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times). Due to Covid-19 shipping restrictions, we cannot guarantee expedited shipping options.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
For sanitary purposes, all orders are a final sale.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. Provide an explanation and images of the damaged or defective product. Because of the nature of the product and to ensure safety, sanitary measures, and quality, we do not accept returns on any open or used products. 

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. Please contact us immediately to try to change the shipping address before the package ships.

Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to be reshipped, we will charge a reshipping fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
